My name is Susana Lopez, and I am a Chocolate Home Loans' client. Mr. Ari Syngeniotis was my lending consultant, and I wanted to write to you to say how pleased I was with the service that was provided by Mr. Syngeniotis.

As a home owner on a single income, I really didn't think that I would be able to redraw on my loan only a year after taking out my mortgage. I came across Mr. Syngeniotis through referral from a friend, and I called out of curiosity more than anything else. When I spoke to Mr. Syngeniotis, he was very positive and accommodating. He was happy to meet me anywhere, allowing me to choose an environment which was comfortable for me, to have our first meeting.

I was extremely surprised when only hours after our first meeting, he had already found two lenders who were willing to lend me the money I needed to not only consolidate debts, but have enough left over to renovate by home in order to raise the value of the property.

Mr. Syngeniotis' service was fantastic, keeping me informed of the progress of the approval process for the loan, and explained everything to me in a way I could understand. He arranged for my property valuation and made sure that he explained the reasons why it came in at that price. He endeavored to get the best deal for me, and made me comfortable with the whole process from start to finish.

For me, being someone who has never been comfortable with financial language or financial matters, it was refreshing to deal with someone who was so knowledgeable and who took the time to make sure I knew and understood what was going on.
